Degu Labs does not curate, review, or moderate Test Artifacts before ingestion.
Because Test Artifacts may unintentionally contain sensitive or personal data, you are responsible for ensuring such data is minimized or removed.
3. Customer Responsibility for Sensitive and Prohibited Data
You must not upload or process any of the following through the Service:

HIPAA-regulated Protected Health Information (PHI)

PCI-DSS payment card data

Children’s data under the age of 13 (COPPA)

Classified or export-controlled government information
-
Any data you are not legally permitted to share
If such data is discovered, Degu Labs may delete it and may suspend accounts that repeatedly upload Prohibited Data.
4. How We Use Information
Degu Labs processes information for the following business purposes:

5.1 Test Artifacts
Retention periods for Test Artifacts (videos, logs, traces, etc.) are determined by the Customer’s:

5.2 Metadata & Aggregate Data
In accordance with the intake specification:
- Metadata and anonymized aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely, unless prohibited by law or deletion is requested under applicable privacy regulations.
5.3 Account Data
Upon account closure, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except for:

6. Subprocessors
Degu Labs uses third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to support the operation of the Service.
As of the Effective Date, subprocessors include:
